"I worked with lots of observability tools throughout my career if you have a business YOU SHOULD know what is more important for you to find out about your website or app and base on that choose your observability tools: Datadog: Im currently working with this tool great for infra metrics distributed tracing logs etc. it is like a paid version of Grafana + Promethous. It will let you know if your website is down slow and if your error surpasses a threshold lots of logs so you can trace your app errors but you have to attach traceId to them to connect the clues Not recommended for small"
