"If I had to guess SE Asia will end up the same as the US. It will be run for foreign enclaves. The difference is that anywhere that you have large numbers of Chinese and Indians the Chinese will create the dominant enclaves and integrate into the local substrate. So that there will be a tiered economy with some orderly areas and progressing technological development. While places where Indian enclaves who get a foothold while Chinese enclaves are or remain relatively small will end up chaotic and innovation will be choked completely out of everything.
