"I have no qualms about tipping even 30% if the food prices are reasonable. The restaurant charges exorbitant prices which is indicative that it should include the employee tips as well but is not and then the owners expect the people to tip the servers. The restaurant owners themselves dont care about their employees and expect people to do that"
