"Keep in mind Cede & Co.s warrants are at Computershare as well. If you DRS a broker held warrant it would remove one warrant out of Cedes DRS position and add one into your own (DRS at Computershare). If you exercise a DRSd warrant it would remove a warrant from your DRS warrant position and give you a newly issued DRSd share. If you exercise a broker held warrant it should remove a Cede owned DRS warrant and give Cede a newly issued DRS share. You would receive a share entitlement at your broker. You could DRS that entitlement for a DRS share"

"Thanks for reaching back out. They are rejecting my transfers as well and have told me they can certificate (which I dont believe). I will attempt to do that but they are claiming funds need X weeks to settle before I attempt that. DWAC is tricky as they can initiate a transfer but Computershare has to grab the transfer fast or itll get rejected. You need a direct contact at Computershare to grab the DWAC but I have been unable to get one. Email would be ideal. Regarding the DRS ineligibility GameStop is aware of the issue and hopefully theyll get it corrected"

"It should be a math problem based on probability estimated outcome legal fees and financial position. An unprofitable micro cap might not even want to sue unless the lawyer(s) is on contingency. Otherwise theyll destroy their own company financially in the process. Hypothetical example lets say: 1) sue for $XX million XX% chance of winning. 2) sue for $XXX million XX% chance of winning. 3) sue for $X billion (less than) X% chance of winning. Some issuers choose not to participate (which is frustrating). I call those "hard to DRS securities".
