"It's killing me to see so many people complaining about $SCHD's "performance" being worse than $VOO or $SPY. Guys.SCHD is a market cap weighted dividend index. It's for old people who want to live off dividend income not XX year olds trying to outperform the SP500. If you are young and you want fast growth you should absolutely not be looking at things with consistent/high dividends or even dividends at all in most cases. Divs come from old establish companies with the proven track record to throw money at shareholders. They're basically done growing. Companies that "outperform" don't have"

"Agree completely. Even when you're starting out and Trainer X is telling you about something as "simple" as basic asset allocation Trainer X will wander by and get into an argument with T1 about it. And what's AI doing pulling a bunch of conflicting posts from guys like that off the web and trying to smooth out all the incongruous takes There are often no right answers or multiple right answers. There are lots of client emotions and aversions to account for too. Maybe AI gets there someday but it's not going to be during our careers if ever"

"It's interesting to see how the centers are different (but somehow strangely similar) everywhere. Had fun but didn't hit a speed record. I'd like to take one somewhere remote. Thinking of doing a full XX in Mongolia or something. Yes there's a Prometric office even there"
