Companies like Square do a fantastic job of keeping merchants in their ecosystem through small business loans which they'll only give to you if you're tapped into their payment processor ecosystem. "interesting some initial thoughts 1) looping polymarkets is very interesting 2) i think a lot of people are gonna get rekt on lending against their polymarket positions. it's tough to account for jump risk time-based volatility and implied leverage on these markets. 3) the liquidator (morpho/gondor) also takes liquidation risk because of market expiration. not sure how they'll approach pricing that but it seems like a high-risk endeavor if markets become very volatile close to expiration"
