"I Have Always Been Strong How strong is Tou actually In a duel and as a commander of like an army. I think we havent seen Tou push his limit in a duel Rinbkn was strong but he was not at that level to really push Tou. As a commander I think he is more dangerous leading a smaller army than big one a like a 100k army. His other strength is using political figures to win a war something that is kind of unique for a Great General up until this point. Hes good in offense and in defense.
