"One of the most memorable experiences I had was the chance to see pangolins. My interaction with Cassiopeia was especially unforgettable. After completing the tagging process she chose to stay with us for about [--] minutes entirely of her own accord. Each pangolin has a unique personality most return to the forest fairly quickly but she had other plans. "When I went to Namibia I was hoping to see a leopard. Even though we had organized work with the incredible @africat_foundation at @okonjima_nature_reserve no wildlife encounter is ever guaranteed. "As winter gives way to spring the polar bears slowly begin their long migration back to land but dont worry they are very much at home in the sea. In fact Inuit legend has it that some of these bears never make it to land instead they feast on the oceans mammals until winter returns. "Summer sunsets often give me some of my favorite shots like this glowing bear. While most people rush to the other side for the perfect light Im drawn to the shadows. Thats where a literal moment starts to feel more artistic for me if that makes sense. Playing with shadows has always been a favorite style of mine and when working with wildlife the opportunity to move quickly is rarely an option if you want to remain respectful. "Summer sunsets often give me some of my favorite shots like this glowing bear. While most people rush to the other side for the perfect light Im drawn to the shadows. Thats where a literal moment starts to feel more artistic for me if that makes sense. Playing with shadows has always been a favorite style of mine and when working with wildlife the opportunity to move quickly is rarely an option if you want to remain respectful.
